COACHING & MENTORING

As a qualified coach, walking guide, yoga teacher and experienced arts tutor with over 15 years’ experience in creative fields, I’m here to offer a space for wayfinding and reflection, whatever your creative discipline. Whether you’re a young person navigating your future, an artist looking to develop your practice or simply someone looking to define what a creative life looks like for you, I can hold space to follow your intuition and craft a way forward. Sessions are held online or in-person outdoors (walking in my local area) and may include conversation, creative activities, movement and meditation. These sessions are well suited to neurodivergent people and I am a provider of autism spectrum mentoring for disabled student allowance (DSA).Get in touch for information about sessions and prices for individuals and groups. Concessionary rates are available for students, those with disabilities, marginalised cultures/communities and those receiving state benefits. All sessions are completely confidential. Upon agreeing to work together I will send you a short agreement and a payment link.
